[font=Times New Romanare you new here?
then this thread is for you!
First, I'd like to say,
WELCOME,
To Warrior Cats : Clans of the Lake!
So, I'm assuming you're thinking, "Wow this is all so new to me! I wish I knew what to do! I'm so confused T^T
Well, no worries! You'll be used to this in no time! I'm going to go through a list of things you should do after signing up...
• Register! Duh~
• READ THE RULES!!! I cannot stress this enough!
• Make a character. Make sure you read sample biographies first so you get the gist of making a character!!
• Wait til your character is accepted -- Patience is key around roleplay sites, so if someone doesn't reply to you immediately, don't worry! They'll eventually get to it. If not, well... Flying panda bears will come and eat that person.
• Now that you character is accepted, you should probably go roleplay somewhere at least once so we can learn where you stand on the literate scale.
There's not-so-literate people, semi-literates, and very literate. I myself am semi-literate.
• So, if your not that great at roleplaying at all and your post looks something like this;
"Fireheart walked over to Graystripe and smiled."
Wait...What? That's it? How does someone reply to that? If that sentence looks similar to your first post, go to roleplaying school. We have it in the General category for anyone who needs it!
• Hopefully, by now, you're starting to get the hand of things and your posts are getting a bit longer. If that's the case, you should stop reading this new member thread.
Continue reading if posts still aren't looking too good...
• Alright, so you're still not happy with your posts? Well, we have a remedy for that. Just keep going to roleplay school and trying out different teachers. Maybe someday you'll become a teacher yourself!
By the way, feel free to join an open thread. A lot of people post threads that might be titled something like this; "all alone (OPEN!)" If it says "open" next to it, go ahead and post! Don't be shy!
• By now your roleplaying skills should be boosting up the charts. Hopefully, you're semi-literate now. If not, just keep trying the roleplaying school![/blockquote][/blockquote]
